i bought a chevy avalanche from a woman we used clickandbuy services this company was suppose to deliver truck on 4/20/2008 as off today we have not received truck paid clickandbuy 5000.00 for truck.we have been trying to call this company since 10:30 this morning there phone has rang busy since then,i last talked to them 10:00 the truck was suppose to be here 10:20 he said,truck not here there phone busy ever since.

I just heard from silivia berry this morning and now is tring to get me to make last payment before seeing the truck,the contract was i get truck for 10 days then decide if i want the truck,truck was suppose to be here 04/20/2008 per contract,I have already paid 5000.00 on the truck.

i have emailed the clickandbuy agency again about getting my money back because no truck received.they in no way are contacting me back in anyway.

well i have given more reports but for some reason they did not get submitted,now the rip offs are asking for the rest of money before sending truck,contract was 5000.00 down then we get truck chevy avalanche for 10 days to be inspected if we want the truck let them know,well they changed contract said send the rest money truck will be delivered,well come to find out the clickandbuy agency is not a ligitament company.I have contacted Ic3 unit and fbi,ftc and bbb.now tommorrow sherriffs dept will be here to take my complaint.

I still tell them im going to send the rest of the money they (silvia),says let her know when.they still want the other 2500.00 bad.never have heard from the transcargo co.as far as clickandbuy they too are waiting for the rest of the money.
