The absolute WORST shopping experience I have ever had. I paid cash for a washer/dryer combo and waited several days for it to be delivered to me. I called to check the status. Was told the both the washer and dryer I paid for was delivered TO SOMEONE ELSE! I demanded my money back and got into a scathing and foul argument with Cathy the owner stating it wasn’t their fault…they supposedly “lost” the paperwork and were unable to verify that I paid for the appliances. I have contacted ALL of the local news investigators to assist with getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

Unfortunately when competitors can not compete with our free one year warranty and our more than 20 years in the used appliance business they resort to slander and lies aimed at misleading consumers. I urge anyone to check with the Better Business Bureau because our record is great. This lie about us delivering to the wrong person and refusing to give a refund is a lie. I know this because we gladly give 100 percent refunds for all appliances that the customer has not received or used yet. Additionally we keep a copy of the receipts so that if a customer loses their copy we can give them a new copy which we have done on countless occasions. this report is simply a fly by night competitor that cant compete with cathy's best value appliance.
