American Business Systems - Medical Billing Patrick Phillips And His Family American Billing Systems I had a good report that I wrote yesterday 08/18/09 I don't know why It is not posted but now I am venting because I do not feel like writing it twice. In A nut shell ABS is full of shit. Sorry !!! Buffalo, New York

The love of power, money and wealth is coruptive to the soul, but the power of love helps to free the soul of base desires. Distraction is the key to deseption, deseption is the tool of those who have a love for power over others. When I read Honolulu's report the above was one thought that past my mind as an invistor in ABS. I pray that I am wrong about my suspections because I have allowed myself to be deceived if I'm correct; however I do think that ABS are guilty of not giving full disclosure. Therfore; making the ABS agreement an invalid agreement since the four requirements of a lawful, bilateral binding contract were not met namely;


1. Full Disclosure (we are not told about batch uploading of claims)


2. Equal Consideration (they bring nothing to the table out dated software, marketing materials)


3. Lawful Terms and Conditions (no real support, useless banal advice)


4. Signatures of Parties/ Meeting of Minds (corporations can't sign because they have no right, or mind, to contract as they are legal fictions). It is a win win for ABS nothing at stake.


I have taken alot of action over the last 11 months to get a return on my investment of $17,500 and just as I gained some momentum I ran across this report in my attemp to close a deal on assurance that my company was on the level and was rocked by Honolulu's report, to the point that I could not proceed until I did more  investigations. I read the rebuttle by Adam P. every point was not met with regard to Honolulu's acumen in report # 449626


As a business administration grad with a major in marketing I really believed that I could gain financial freedom with this marketing system and I still can close deals but at what cost. I am not willing to use my talents in marketing and closing deals at the price of my integrity.


So as a sovereign citizen of the USA  I can take actions that circumvent the court systems used by US citizens to place ABS in involeentary bankruptcy unless my investment is retruned, but I am willing participate with any class action for the benifit of justice.
