amy:said that i must go to tech support and didn't think that their would be a problem
because i am still in my warranty for dell 18006249896 the extention 66955
steve: cannot return. Dell only cover warranty for 30 days on non dell products.

calvin: Said that no such ordr for a return existend. Asked to speak to manager, and he
said the manager would tell me the same thing.

What my original problem was: I ordered a Printer and scanner and with my computer. 5 Months down the line the scanner and printer don't work and dell are saying that they only warrenty it for 30 days and i will not pay for a printer and scanner to be repaired if after i have only had it for a few months.
