This is Rod Smith from Rent A Coder. I wanted to respond to your posting about the funds in your Rent A Coder account.
I took a look at the arbitration and your account. The bid request was cancelled after the arbitration was closed. The funds were returned to your buyer account on October 22nd and refunded to you in the same method that you paid for the project on October 23rd after you requested the refund.
Anytime a bid request is closed without full payment of the funds in escrow to the seller, mediation/arbitration is required. The mediation/arbitration allows us to hear from both parties and document what happened. Both parties did agree to be part of this process and cooperate with the Rent A Coder arbitrator when they signed up on the site. This is explained in the Buyer/Seller Legal Agreement:

In this situation the mediation/arbitration started on October 14th but was delayed due to lack of cooperation in the arbitration. If both parties cooperate the process is usually quick. However if one or both parties fail to cooperate then the process may take longer.
If you have any questions about the mediation/arbitration process or your account please let me know. Otherwise I will assume that the issue is resolved since you have received a refund.
