We paid The Winvale Group a lot of money and they did absolutely nothing for us.  They essentially take your money and say thank you, but then do nothing for that money.  They are slow to return your calls and respond to emails, so your essentially waiting days for them to get back to you, but the moment you have an order for them to process, it is amazing how fast they can turn that around.  I get that they need to drive revenue, but they are poorly run organization and don't care about the organizations they support.  Steer clear of this company as there are hundreds of businesses that do what they do.
