i PLACED ANORDER FOR APPROX. $80 WORTH OF ROSES for a friend's birthday - was assured they would be delivered that day - now, at 9 pm the next day, they aren't there, I missed her birthday, and their on-line chat helper was of no help at all- also, it took 4 tries to even log-on to the customer service chat site. My own opinion is that they did'nt care about my order, or even about my complaint. Talk is cheap-I cancelled the order and will try and find a way to make it up to my best friend. Reliability and honesty were not evident at any time, except when they took my credit card #.I will not use this service again, and would not like to see anyone else mis-led as I was. Thank you very much for your time, and for this service. LN
