AAFES - Army Air Force Exchange unfair investigation Internet

I work out at a base exchange in california. These people are trying to do an investigation on me, but with no evidence. They even told me that they don't have any evidence to prove I stole something, but they have no evidence to prove that I didn't steal any thing. So they put me on admin leave and haven't told me any thing. They wouldn't even show me this tape that they "supposedly" have me stealing on. They are running off of assumptions. They keep calling me a lier. I have not stole any thing from that store. I spend alot of money at my job, and they are accussing me of stealing a $17 item. To me it's bull. How can they accuse me of something and then not show what ever "evidence" they have of me. All they did was show me some pictures where the time stamps were a minute apart and then tell me that the time stamps are off. Is there any rights I get? I just don't know what to do. I don't know if I have any rights at all to help me out. Any input would help.
