Order was processed incorrectly by the customer service representative and they over charged us back in 2/02. The product was returned by 3/02 and we are still waiting on our refund of $111.50. The company kept promising to refund the money month after month until they stopped communicating with us in May of 2002.

As of 10/11/02 we have not received our refund. We have contacted the company by mail, Indiana and San Diego Attorneys Generals Office. Please contact me by mail or phone if someone can help.

this is not a ripoff

This is not a ripoff..I just think of the people that call and order these products..I sit on the phone all day and make good money selling these products and upsells and these promotional trials and these people fall for it..I personally dont know how in the hell some of these people survive on a daily basis ..These are my comments sad but true

Just curious, now that the Federal Trade Commission has filed charges against your company, you know, the one where you sit at your little cubicle on the phone all day, how are YOU going to survive on a day to day basis? Oh wait, with your arrogance and attitude about knowingly ripping off people, you should do GREAT in sales at Ugly Duckling.

payback time

I say that we compile a list of names and addresses of all the people we can find and contact a lawyer and sue the hell out of this company.

We know most of thier information, and I think if we pushed the matter we would get our money back plus some!!!!!!!!!!!!!
