Ammend Credit Counseling ripoff, they have hidden fees Cincinnati Ohio

I was having some problems and joined Ammend two years ago. I wish I didn't. I was paying them each month elctronically without being late. After two or three month of receiving phone calls of late payment with fee, I contacted them. They keep saying they will fix it. They never did.

These late payments reflected in my credit report which I was trying to fix. After several months I came to realize there have been hidden charges every month. When I started it was supposed to be free, since they get payed by the creditors. It is very difficalt to talk to them as there is no phone assistant. Only by e-mail and isn't 24/7. I can only call from 9am to 5pm. I am so sorry I joined this company.
