Aurora loan Services stalling paperwork and bad customer service no help for customers Littleton, Colorado

To Whom it May Concern,
 
the following is a complaints regarding the Aurora Loan services,  for almost a year I was trying to secure a deed in lieu with them after all the paper work and the hypocrisy and the incompetent people who work there the deal died, few months ago an interested fellow came thru to buy the property in question, and after all the paper work and all the time I put in to get them
what they need, the deal fell thru since the buyer waited so long for them to approve it.
 
I don't understand what they are trying to do, after I did searches on the internet I found out I am not the only one who is having an issue with this company as my understanding they DONT CARE to help any customers, they are losing money on thses properties and simply again they don't care.
 
More and more they are making it complicated and difficult for us average people to resolve these issues that occurred due to loss of income.
 
I peg you to look in to this matter as this company is taking advantage of their customers someone has to put a stop to this.   Thank you for your prompt response.
