I had the very same experience as JC in Kansas with ordering Bendaroos online. The site takes you to various links that you must click on to complete the order, and before you know it, a $19 order turned into a $60 order, and you are unable to reverse the order or make any changes before you place the order. You have to put in your credit card information and there is no changing your mind.

That is just the beginning of the nightmare. When you try to call them, you only get a busy signal in what they call CUSTOMER SERVICE contact. If you are lucky enough to get a ringing, you are on hold for about 2 hours,( and I did hold on that long) just to find out that the ORDER NUMBER given as my confirmation is bogus, and means nothing.

After giving them all the information again so they can cancel the order, I am informed that the so call ORDER did not go through, and I was never going to be charged ( which only time will tell) nor was I ever going to receive the Bendaroos I order for a Christmas gift.

KC is right, DO NOT order this product online, and she is nice enough to recommend that you purchase it at Walgreens. I however have a real problem even making that purchase with a company that tortures customers especially during the Christmas Hoilday.
