The Better Business Bureau of the Southland is a complete scam, a fraud and a company that defames corporations without updating the responses of the businesses that they report on. 

I own a business in Temecula California and after receiving a complain from a the BBB in the mail I hired an attorney to investigate the claim. We satisfied all parties and our attorney wrote a letter to the BBB but they have not responded. 

We have complied with the requests of our disgruntled clients and sent the proof to the BBB but they are either unwilling or unable to do anything.

We are filing a civil suit against the BBB as they are the type of "company" that poses as a government agency, makes their money off the backs of business owners and extorts money from them. 

The BBB tells you that you can list your company on their site for a fee. And who wouldn't want to be listed on their site? Well, no one should want to be on the BBB website as once anyone complains they are slow or unwilling to take complaints off even if they have been settled.

The BBB is not a government agency but poses like they are. I hope all business owners that have been harmed will take action against the BBB.
