Not only did I recieve the wrong product the first time and have to to the local hardware store and buy something different, the job was complete before getting the "right product"<---aka one that would actually fit my saw. The website I listed on here I listed there information on. Turn your sound up for this one, there customer service is extremely rude. There definately a bunch of scam artist!
They kept calling and asking me for the payment long before I recieved any product, then they kept telling me I was past due! On the voice mail she claims I am 11 months out. I never even heard of Cal Pacific Products until July of 2007, It is January of 2008! So to be exacting it was towards the end of july, and now its the beginning of January! Do yourself a favor "Dont buy anything from Cal-Pacific Products!
here is a much better company that I have so far had really great luck with it is Diamond Blade Warehouse diamondbladewarehouse.com/ atleast there product was what they claimed it to be, and there was no sales people, the order was right the first time, and when they promise you that you have 30 days or 60 days to pay they don't hound you every day for the payment!

Sales Personel straightened out a bad missunderstandering and we both agreed upon a fair deal to my satisation.

Now they claim to not know what I was talking about and are trying to reverse everything they agreed to over the phone. There collection department is claiming they dont talk to there sales people directly! So main office in CA and the sales personel are in AZ? and they dont comunicate? Bull! In my opinion Cal-Pacific is nothing more than a collective scam and I take back anything good I said about them.

turned over to collections back in March 08. You should pay your bills since your just dragging down our economy with your inablility to meet your financial obligations. Its funny how they complain on ripoff scam and they are all deadbeats that dont pay their bills. Loser
