Capital Grants Association Scammers, get paid then dont deliver, keep telling to call later Champlain New York

these guys are running a online deal, saying that you can get all these grants from the gov. and they will help you. They charge $299 for the services. Here is the thing - their website changed 3 times since i paid. I never got anything from them. The phone number that is on my bank withdrawal is a CS company that keeps telling me to call in 10 days, after every call!!! Get this - when u give them ur bank info, they tell you to wait 30 business days to get your packet, which you then have to fill out and send in, to receive another packet. And the second packet takes another 30 business days to get to me. But guess what, i ever got it. And the reason is - I cant retract my payment with my bank after 60 days. And these people know it. I cant get the BBB to do anything, cuz they cant get ahold of these guys. But they do have a number and a website. their CS number is this: 866-667-1891. thanks
