CCDN - The Credit Card Solution Ripped off and pissed off Internet

Bob Lindsey and his company is a rip off.  My husband and I sent in our money and receive the grand notion that this company would help us resolve our credit card debt.  Now I see where Bob has apologized for the results of this company and that he has changed   to a new company that will help you settle your debt now.  He also states that the fees you paid to CCDN will be credit to the new company and that there should be no additional fees.  IS THIS ANOTHER SCAM OF BOB'S.  I really don't know but, I do know that the last time I talked to a CCDN representative, I was told to settle on the debt I had if the made me a good offer.  This is not what i was told from the beginning, i was told they would help us get rid of the debt using federal laws and that my debt score could be restored.  If Bob wants to do right by the people he ripped off why is the CCDN not repaying the consumer the money they swindled us out of.  IF any one can find a way to sue the CCDN and Bob Lindsey  and recoup any of our loses so that we can pay this money to the credit card debts that we owe, please post it here.  To  bad Texas OAG did not win there case against the CCDN or FFDA what ever they are calling the company now.  I warn consumer stay away from Bob Lindsey, he is TROUBLE, and all you get for your money is heart ache and a head ache.
