I am writing in hopes that no one else will use  Certified Financial Protection Group, LLC.  They told my parents that they could help them refinance their mortgage in June of 2009.  it is now august of 2009, and they still have not done anything to help.  My parents are hard working and loving people.  They worked so hard throughout their lives to get a home of their own.  Why would anyone do this to scam people out of their money.

To get back to the situation at hand, they were always in contact with my parents in the beginning, but since they sent their money in, they are not reachable.  I am even more mad because I almost sent my money in to do the same procedure.  Till today they have not done a single thing to help the cause.

I am really mad that there are companies, or so called companies out there that would do this.

PLEASE PLEASE if anyone out there is filing a suit or anything please share with those of us who got suckered into this cruel act.
