clarendon county cps and dss child protective services, letting my step son fall thur the cracks manning, South Carolina

My step son was burned at his bio mothers home in 2005. CPS got involued and  His father and I got custody of him until we went back to court in 2005. Dss and the judge gave him back to his mother because she did everything she was told to do and i spank him for calling me a cuss word.

Well it wasnt 2 years later he was back in cps was involued again this time it was sexual stuff that had been done to him and his little brother. Cps and DSS took him and put him 5 hours aways from any family and friends. But the bad thing is DSS knew about the allagations 2 months before  they removed him and his brother from the home, all due to his school calling and reporting his health and well being.

Now the maternal grandfather has temponary custody after fighting for a year and 5 months to get him out of the place he was at.

We  are going back to court at the end of this month (october). And i was wondering can anybody tell me where to go to file a complaint about this matter with CPS and DSS. Because they knew what was going on and left the children in the home for 2 more months to endure god knows what, before something was done and it took one call from the school to make it happen. After all that was being told to DSS on a regular basis about the health, well-being and abuse.

Please help me in reporting this to the right people to get something done. Before this happens again.
