While checking the balance in my bank account, I noticed that my daughter's account was overdrawn as a result of a $12 charge from Complete Savings. This triggered a $25 NSF charge and a $36 extended overdraft charge. She says she has no idea who they are and never authorized the charge.

I checked their website and then I checked RipOffReport.com. When I found out that they are stealing from other consumers on a massive scale, I called my bank and reported the fraudulent activity. They immediately closed my daughter's account and issued a new debit card. They also opened a fraud investigation. Hopefully this will lead to some arrests and put a stop to their crime spree.
