This company is a big time ripp off!! They will collect your money and not finish the work. Beware!!! Greg Bohl 1 800 470-4225 Greg@cssofamerica.com is a liar!!! He took my money and never returned my calls or emails to finish what he promised!! I went to court today and the trustee had me fill out paper work to start a class action sue!!! I am so glad and happy. For everyone who got ripped off lets get these suckers!!!

Fatima,

I too have been waging a legal war against Mr.Bohl and his cohort Claudia. I explained the sordid details to my Federal Court Judge as to why I was appearing Pro Se in bankruptcy court and all I had endured with this character and his scam. This piqued his interest and he issued and order for Mr.Bohl to comply or show cause. Mr.Bohl did his usual "turtle in the shell retreat" he didn't even bother to reply to the court. I stayed on top of it kept the judge informed and I actually have a court date on May 29th. Mr. Bohl has been notified and will probably once again not appear or respond. I will go for the jugular and show the judge how Mr.Bohl has so many victims and never responds to any courts or agencies. From there it will most likely be very uncomfortable for him. I will keep you posted. AND I WOULD LOVE TO BE A PARTY IN YOUR CLASS ACTION SUIT.

VICTORY! Let it be known that a judgement has been ordered against Mr.Bohl as anticipated he DID NOT appear or call to defend his actions. The judge issued an order that he repay my fees and the court costs I paid.

But I am not done! I am now writing yet another motion to have the fraudulent BK case removed. Mr.Bohl's skeleton document caused a bk case to be reported as dismissed so now my credit is a train wreck showing 2 BK filings. People it just takes some courage to stand up to these con artists and the legal system will listen. The was a very nice attorney there with the Deptartment of Justice who had some questions about how all of this came to be. He advised that he is doing some research on Mr.Bohl and his activities.

I noticed Mr.Bohl still has his website up but with new phone numbers 800-930-2543. My next plan is to contact his ISP provider and the phone company to see how they support an internet scam.
