Drive West Insurance/Tony Pogosyan n/a Deceptive Business Practices/ Refuses to pay for advertising services rendered/proof is available Sherman Oaks, California

I am the marketing director for Drive West Insurance Services, Inc. We started our relation with their company months before. They signed us into a year-long contract for exclusivity. Our agreement was to pay for advertising on local Closed Circuit Television Advertising. The contract was for 40 ad stations around our local business area. Which are mostly restaurants and sushi bars. On several occasions we spent hours watching the advertisement "dvd" loop through each advertisement several times with our ad not even shown once! They are crooks. They will only play your ads in less than 50% of the stations promised. Their "attorney" called and threatened to defamate our good name all over the internet. We simply told him we will sue them in court if they do such acts. We have had several employees and relatives who exclusively visited the areas where our ads should have been displayed and our ad was nowhere to be found during the contract period. We simply advised the advertising company that this was a breach of contract and that we will be discontinuing our service with them. We had NO OUTSTANDING BALANCE with them. They simply wanted to charge us cancellation fees and other non-sense because they wanted us to pay for advertising which was not even shown and will not continue to show. We are not complaining about the horrendous cost of advertising that they charge or their horrible work ethic. We are simply filing a rebuttal because of their false allegations and THEIR breach of contract. We have multiple witnesses willing to testify against their criminal intent and are planning a lawsuit if ANY further slanderous content is found on the internet or anywhere else.
