I ordered 14 disposable cameras to put on the tables at my wedding. Upon developing I was informed they were "refurbished cameras" and was followed by "you ordered these off the internet didn't you"...well out of 27 exposures I got 3-4 pictures out of them. I spent 60.00 for developing to get approximately 28 pictures out of 123. I reported this to "efavoritemart" and they did refund the purchase price of 41.00..fine...I requested them to split the 60.00 developing fee since I got nothing for my money plus I have 5 more cameras to take in for developing and am very hesitant. My issue is the fact when the customer service rep denied my request to reimburse me for just half (30.00) for developing, her response was "that's all your memories are worth, 30.00 ???? NO MY MEMORIES ARE PRICELESS ! That remark was totally uncalled for. I finally got a managers attention when I posted the transcript of the conversation on FACEBOOK, her response was they'll train their employees better. Of course I looked the company's record up on Better Business Burea and saw the 71 closed complaints for this year alone, 145 over 3 yrs. She also responded she would follow up with the company that makes these cameras and to have a nice honeymoon...well of course our honeymoon pictures were on these cameras too...NOT REPLACEABLE.  


After the manager telling me there was nothing more they could do, no reimbusement for my loss and inconvenience she requested I remove my posting on facebook, of course i'm not going to do that because people need to be warned. How many other products are refurbished?  Yes, I got a refund, I'm out more money for developing than for the product, but the Customer's service rep was totally uncalled for !! I ordered all of my wedding needs from other internet stores and had no problems, all the dates and names were perfect...Pictures I can never get back are gone !! Before ordering from ANYONE go to the BETTER BUSINES BUREAU, type in the company name you plan on using and read any and all complaints posted to the BBB...I learned that lesson alittle too late !!
