EMC Mortgage RIP OFF ? Or closed down? Internet

I had filed for a loan modification in January and was told by "Josh" that the paper work would be sent to my home and I needed to sign it and send it back. 2 months later no paper work no phone calls, no nothing. I called them back and was informed that because of Pres Obama's loan mod plan they had been delayed.

Now I cannot even get a phone call to them, I call and they tell me to enter my loan number and then it says the wait call is over 9 minutes and then it hangs up. My late fee on my April payment was $200 and with no one to call to talk to I had no way to find out why and had no other option but to pay it on line. I have faxed "Josh" a please call me ASAP fax and still nothing. I have not got a statement from them for 3 months. I am very affraid of whats next. Wondering if anyone has had similar problems or has a different way to get in contact with them. Its almost as if they have vanished, or at least their customer service department. Please Help if you can...
