Tato, promised me to have my money exchanged to a higher currency USD black market rate.  He mentioned of giving me weekly interest or returns which would be for deposit to my bank account.  He did make a deposit of a small amount for just one time, and after that he never returned my money nor gave me any earnings from it.   This deal happened last 2007.  I am glad I saw this ripoff report of Andrew Chang, It made me have the chance to report just the same.
