Home Assure REFUND A LIE Internet

I started working with home assure back in december. I was told that I would no in minutes if that could save my home. I had to always call the company to find out what was going on with them trying to help save my home. I had to start calling the company myself and after two months the company started to call me. When I told the mortgage company that I was working with home assure they told me that no one from home assure has contacted them. Remember I sarted with them in december. When I finally got in contact with someone from home assure I had told them I wanted a refund they told me that I could not get a refund if i talked to the mortage company. How could I not talk to them if I had to tell them that I was working with this so called company. Well now it is april (4months working with home assure) and no word. I had to call and tell them that the company keeps calling me trying to make a deal. Home assure was not calling the mortage company like they should have. My property goes on sell on May 6 and home assure has not called me and every attempt to contact them has gone unnotice. Finally on april 10 the mortage company called me and asked me what I wanted to do and I told them I have been trting to settle this since december. I finally worked out a deal with them. Well now I am behind 4 months plus attorney fees so now it is costing me more money in the long run. Also in the course of the 4 months the company had change phone numbers and people at least two times. It time I had to call the main 1800 number to find out who I was working with.

I have been informed this morning that you DID receive a full refund from our company. I have spoken at length with our head of Mitigation and he confimed that your only complaint was that it took too long to save your home. We DID do the work that saved your home. It was our negotiations that encouraged your lender to provide you a solution. As it stands now, WE SAVED YOUR HOME and YOU GOT A REFUND. What more could you possibly ask for? We are sorry if the process took longer than you expected, but the results were there.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of cases being reviewed by lenders, delays do occur. There is nothing we can do but work on the lender's schedule... but you must rest-assured that we are on top of each and every case. I am glad we were able to save your home and we are sorry that we didn't meet your time expectations. The fact that we gave you a refund regardless is an clear indication that we stand behind our promises.
I am now working on getting a scanned copy of the refund you received when you initially requested one. I will post it here if this forum allows it.

I did not get a refund of my money. This company did not save my home, and I spoke to the company and they told me that i should have done this by myself and they hope i was not paying this company. they never received calls from the company or nothing

this company keeps talking about a refund that they never get back. I have not received any phone calls about a refund or was shown any paper work that I received a refund. This company is full of b-crap. when did that guy become the owner of the company. The way they change people and phone numbers who really owns this scaming company.

Home Assure and most all of the companies like them are normally ran by the same shady loan officers that wrote the subprime mortgages that caused this mortgage crisis in the first place.
TRUST ME, as I've worked in loss mitigation/collections for a mortgage company, there is NOTHING that Home Assure can do that you cannot do yourself.
These people you are talking to are not counselors, they simply take the financial information you give them, relay it to your lender and your lender gives them your options (if any). They aren't trained professionals negotiaing a "deal", they are simply giving the mortgage company the same information you could give them and they'll get the same options you can get.
Companies like Home Assure prey on folks that don't know any better.
For those reading, if you have 2000 dollars you can pay to a company like Home Assure, take 20 minutes of your day and call your mortgage company. Put that 2000 dollars towards your back payments.
