Husky Pressure Washer & Home Depot Having problems getting my pressure washer fixed while still under warranty Having trouble getting my pressure washer fixed while still under warranty , West Virginia

I purchased a 2600 psi pressure washer for my husband last June 2008. He used it twice last year. He got it out this year to use for a job took it to the actual job he was using it on only to find out it had no pressure.  He brought it home we contacted Home Depot since it was still under the 2 year warranty. We were told to bring it in they would send it out and it could take up to 5 weeks or better before we got it back. We are not satisfied with this so he took it to a local place that does work on outside equipment. The gentleman there told  him it was the pump and he contacted the Husky Company to see when they could get him the pump. He was told there was none in stock and they had no idea as to when they would get any back in.

So here we are with a $320.00 pressure washer that he has only used 2 times and no way to fix it. He has to rent a pressure washer just to do this job. I cannot find any information to contact Husky to complain and see what they can do to fix this.  I am very upset with Home Depot for not just exchanging it instead of making us what several months to get it fixed. I am upset that we are stuck with this machine and it dont work. However, I know by the time the part does come in it will be winter and once again we will not need it. 

Do no purchase this product!!!!
