Katy Flyer Hired me to do a job and did not pay me upon completion. Katy Texas

Katy Flyer hired me for a job distributing flyers in July 2008. I was to distribute 1,000 flyers door-to-door throughout specified neighborhoods. They also hired a coordinator to check up on me and take pictures throughout the neighborhoods where I had been working.

Originally they said they wanted the work completed during the second weekend of July, but when I was not able to get all thousand flyers distributed, they told my coordinator that I could complete the job the next weekend. I finished distributing the flyers on Sunday, July 20th, reported to my coordinator, and faxed the job sheets describing the areas where I had worked to the fax number provided by Katy Flyer.

In early September I began emailing Katy Flyer to ask for a status on my paycheck. I never received an answer. Between September 5 and September 29 I sent four emails. There has been no response. I recently contacted the coordinator and asked him whether he had been paid. He has not been paid either, nor has he received any correspondence from Katy Flyer.
