Keith Sthal was the owner of Liberty Settlements. He ripped off alot of people and got a bad report by the BBB so he got less business. Keith started ripping off his employees and firing them because he did not want to pay them. Liberty Settlements had such a bad name Keith Sthal went into businss with legal Helpers Law firm to disguise his dirty work, but he is still running the same program.

Keith Stall lied to his employees and made them beleive the change is for the good and they could then tell the consumers about the change in the company, but later said not to tell anyone continue to sign them up as Liberty Settlement until we actully change. Now that the company has changed, the people who signed up for Liberty Settlements has no one to talk to. Keith said to his employees, Libery Settlements is history now,we have a new name with a good report, not only that he is getting rid of his employess who know about the change so word wont get out.

Keith Sthal does not pay his employees a regular salary. He pays them up to 30 cents per message and 5 cent per no message, but the employees have to make 100 calls per day, and they have to pay that money back out of their commission. If an employee leaves early even after making 100 calls they get written up or fired. If an employee does not make 100 calls a day they get written up or fired. Keith Sthal does not have human resourses or a manager, he changes rules, at least once a week.
