Our story is identical to almost every single story here regarding Litton Loan Servicing. Has anyone had any resolve to their situation?

We are currently packing and our home is going to auction on Oct. 20, 2010. Litton lied again and again. They refuse to produce paper work showing what happened to the $4,500 in payments we have made over the past months. They say we didn't return paper work that they asked for. We did, twice.

I filed a complaint against Litton with the Attorney Generals office. Litton responded to them with a letter that is again, one lie after another. I responded to the Attorney Generals office with our side of the story. After my repsonse was faxed to the Attorney Generals office we received a letter from their Legal Assistant stating that they could not help "individuals" but that our complaint would remain registered with them.

So, we lose. Is that the ending to everyone's story, or does someone know of anything we can do to stop the injustice of all of this?
