LTT Gourmet Foods take the food out my childrens mouths Chatsworth California

I ordered food from this company in January of 07. The delivery was made at 9 pm at night because driver was fooling around with his girlfriend and company called him to hurry up with delivery. but this was not the problem. it was the order that came up short wirh almost 90 pieces of steak missing from my order. the driver said i would get it on their next delivery in about a week. hear we are in the middle of may and still have not recieved any thing. calls were made to an 800 number which no body is ever there to answer your questions. and one day my wife got lucky she found some one in customer service that would finally call me. i told him what was wrong. and that i wanted my food. he gave me another number so i can call the delivery department my self but of course no one was there. here it is 3 weeks later and still no food and no calls from anyone. I finally called again on the 11th of may and the customer service rep John Beale to me to get my lawyer involed my then something will be done about my food. This company doesn't give a crap about anybody they get there money from finance companys and we have to pay them so they won't get invovled. I do have several attorneys at my disposal so if any one else has been ripped off by this company please email me and maybe the company will respond to a class action lawsuit.
