First, let me start off by saying that I've experienced the worst customer service imaginable by this LVLX store! My self and two other friends went into the store at the Orlando Fashion Square Mall on Friday evening. After browsing the store, one of my friends had forgotten her month-old Iphone on a belt table near the dressing rooms. We left the store, and she realized after about 10-15 minutes that she forgot her phone.

Upon returning, we described and asked the two sales associates Sunja and Aisha present in the store at the time if they had found the phone. Sunja, an older Asian woman, said yes she had (a customer spotted it and turned it in). She proceeded to tell us that she had already given the phone to a male and female who claimed it was theirs a few minutes before. Outraged, I questioned Sunja and Aisha about the protocol they followed before handing the phone over to the customer who claimed it was hers. The two said that the customer simply stated that "the phone was pink, and they figured she knew her phone so they gave it to her."

Now I'm not certain of LVLX's protocol, however common sense will tell any human being that there are millions of "pink phones" (which was actually a pink case) and giving away a lost phone without receiving full and proper description is clearly senseless. At the same time, Sunja took the situation as a joke. She stated that my friend should be "more careful" (which is reasonable) and "should have come back sooner for the phone" as if it was being auctioned. We also asked the sales associates to run back their store cameras to investigate the situation. But after saying that they did not know how, they refused. The final comment they made is that they did not know why we were even bothering to inquire about the situation, because we'd never get the phone back.
