I did a mystery shop for this company at a McDonald's, after spending over $14.00 on two combo meals and wasting my lunch period, I was told my shop willo not be aceepted because I ordered a regular coffee with one of my meal.  I am very angry because I basically threw my money away for nothing.  They took my report, and probably submitted it to McDonald's anyways, because I never saw them re-listing the location for a re-shop or tell me to re-shop.  What a SCAM!!!!  No wonder they are the only company with multiple listings that no one accepts!!!!
