Ordered product, recieved it, tried it did not notice that after paying the 1.00 for the trial that in small print it said charged monthly 27.41 and a one time 130.41 charge so went online got RMA number Spoke to Jessica a customer service rep that cancelled my order or so she said shipped it back noticed that after product went back to the company there was a 130.41 charge on my bank statement. The product was shipped in the grace period allowed so I Called the company they said that there was no possible way for me to recieve a refund. Aggervated and upset I argued asking why they said that it was not recieved during the grace period. Knowing it was I should have recieved my money back to our account.

If for ANY REASON you are unsatisfied with the product during your Free Trial (your Free Trial period begins the date your product ships and lasts for 10 days), you may cancel, request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return the remaining make-up and accessories (include a RMA# on outside of package) within the time period noted below, and you will not be billed for the 60-day supply introductory kit. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and ALL of the following requirements need to be followed to receive credit and not be billed for the kit

   1. Cancel your Club Membership via online in the Members' section or by calling our Customer Service Department by phone (1-866-514-8949).
          * All Club Membership cancellation requests need to be made within 10 days from the date the introductory kit is shipped to be eligible for a credit.

   2. Obtain a RMA# via online in the Members' section or by calling our Customer Service Department and print the RMA# on the outside of the package. 
          * All returns MUST INCLUDE A RMA# to be accepted and processed.
          * Only one RMA# request allowed per account.
          * All RMA# requests need to be made within 10 days from the date the introductory kit is shipped to be eligible for a credit.

   3. Return the remaining make-up and accessories ("accessories" include: brushes, cosmetic bag and pouch) to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving a RMA# to be credited for the return and not be billed for the product.
          * To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided below (including a RMA# on outside of package).
          * All introductory kits returned after the allotted return period noted above will not be credited.
          * We will not process or credit packages marked "Return to Sender".
          * All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
          * The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
