Good morning,  To Whom It May Concern:
 
I placed an order on 02/07/2012 for  delivery on 2/14/2012 I asked for a confirmation of purchase to be e-mailed or sent to me the female who answered stated someone would get back to me I called 02/10/2012 because I have not received any documentation and I called at 8:00am and asked for a manager or owner

I was told to call back at 10:00am I called back at 10:30am a guy answered the phone and the lady in the back ground told him to put me on hold he asked me to hold on and never came back to the phone after 20 minutes your business has my personal information and I can not get a return call? Where is the professionalism in this? I have tried several times to do business with your place of business my last order of silk arrangements was going less than 3 miles away and took 12 hours???
 
What have I done to deserve such treatment?
