New Century Mortgage - Carrington Mortgage Service - Deutsche Bank-National Trust Company This company sold our home 15 days after we missed a $153.00 payment for their lawyer fees. Talk about UNFAIR, but we are fighting! Santa Ana California

This company had us pay them $12,000 in a 3 month period, entered into an agreement with us, and then THEY sold our account to another company and illegally sold our home. We had a payment schedule for $153 every month to pay off the mortgage companys lawyer fees. When I called them at the end on the month to pay that and our mortgage payment, I was told they sold my home 10 days before. It was never posted in the papers properly, nor were we ever notified.

Its bad enough they messed up so many families financial well being with all bad loans, but then they pull a stunt like this. It makes my blood boil.
We are going to fight this, but even though they admitted in court the first time they were wrong, the judge didnt listen to our case at all. He spent a total of 5 minutes on this. We will appeal again!!!!!!!!!!
We worked to hard for a big rip off company to take our home from our children. I hope in all this US Melt down - something positive happens to all us little people.

No morales on mortgage rights
