Having worked with The Payment Help Center since 2/20/09 in an attempt to gain a loan modification, they have not helped me. I received nothing but stall tactics, and repeatedly requested that I receive my refundable $695 fee. I just found out today (after making several unsuccessful attempts to reach the company) that they have gone out of business as of 1/22/10. My house is scheduled to be auctioned next week. I have filed a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General, and suggest anyone else out there with this problem do the same. Perhaps a class action suit can be filed? Good luck to all of you.

Hi Richard-
I am responding to your posting concerning The Payment Help Center. I am a Research Analyst researching services provided by The Payment Help Center. My job is to see how The Payment Help Center's services were offered, what services the homeowners paid for (ie: a loan modification?), what services the clients expected to receive, and whether clients received bona fide...ie: "real" services in exchange for the fee they paid.
Since you posted a complaint about The Payment Help Center online, I was hoping you may be able to help me further understand The Payment Help Center's business model. If you can help me at all, I would appreciate it. And if there is any way we can assist you, I will be sure to attempt to do so.
Thank you, Richard
