SupportKids Stealing from me and refused to end my contract yet still not collecting child support Ripoff Austin Texas

I signed on with SupportKids in 2005. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. They promised that they would give my case their undivided attention....unlike my local CCS. They promise that they monitor cases monthly. I've been with them for three years and I have less than 10 actions in my activity log. Majority of the actions are from the initial creation of my case. SupportKids didn't have to locate my ex-husband because I provide all the contact information plus his employer. Yes, they have done nothing to enforce the support. SupportKids called my ex-husband employer and the employer told the case worker that my ex can't afford to pay the ordered amount. So¦.SupportKids said that there is nothing else that they can do. So….I asked to be let out of the contract and of course¦.they won't agree. I have called several times and written letters to end my contract and they keep giving me the same old run around. Just like they do everyone!!!

I beg you not to get involved with this company. I wish I had been smart enough to do some research before signing a contract with these crooks.

My personal goal is to let EVERY parent about support kids. I am starting my own website, I will sign every petition, and I will write a million rebuttals until this company is out of business.
