we were charged $3.87 for an informational cd on ebay(which we never recv'd). the next mo. on my credit card bill there was a charge for $49.95. i called the # and told them that this was not an authorized charge. i did get a credit refund for $49.95 and according to the person i spoke with, the "so called" account was closed. On the following credit card statement there was another $49.95 charge.

when i called again, the person told me that they could'nt do anything about the 2nd charge because i hadn't called before the charge went on my credit card. i asked the phone operator why would i call the preceding month for a refund just to be charged again the following month. at that point she said she wasn't going to argue with me and she hung up.
