Fred evan joseph is a crook. I am a licensed florida private investigator that has many investigative tools at my disposal. There are times when I may need to outsource to other companys for certain types of information. This is my story. I contacted U.S. record search dot com from there link on the internet. when you go to his website, you see US search, this makes a person believe they are on the real US search dot com site. Very misleading. I was looking for a company to do a nationwide bank account search and a nationwide stocks bonds mutual funds search.

After contacting fred joseph at us record search dot com, paying a large sum of money, I was told to expect a four week turn around for returned information. Its been over three months and nothing, each time I called his office fred would come up with the excuses Its in the research dept, I would remind him of the four week turn around and he gives me a bs.. excuse that it takes four weeks of banking days. what the hell is that, my banks are open five days a week. this guys an idiot. After a verbal demand for a full refund for services not rendered, he refused. after faxing demand letter, he refused, after promise of legal action, he refused to do any refund. what he did was fax and email me information that I did not request, a simple asset report, homes and vehicles, that I did not request. I myself can run that kind of report, I would not pay hundreds of dollars for info I have at my disposal. This guy is committing fraud. I am taking legal action, we are now in contact with the FBI.
