On 4/4/2011 a $1.49 charge from www.sharingfactory.com, Moscow shows up on my Chase credit card.  On 4/7/2011 a repeating monthly charge of $19.98 from www.ultimateprivatehosting.com Moscow shows up and repeats the following month.  These claim to be internet file hosting services but the website provides no details, not way to contact the company and so forth.  In any event, at no time did I visit the website or sign up for any of these services.  Chase credit card services treats this as a fraud and was obliged to cancel my credit car.
