gas city poor service,faulty equipment,constant problems,NOBODY THERE CARES. kankakee, Illinois

today,I am terminating my business with gas city entirely,every time I used to go to this place for fuel,there was always a problem of some kind,today,I made another mistake of doing business with this place and behold,ANOTHER problem again(for the 5th time actually),I wanted to use my atm card to pay at the pump and the reader wasnt workin right due to the keys frozen in place,ultimately,I had to go in and pay cash after struggling with the damn thing and when I told the attendent(which took her sweet ass(6 minutes worth) time getting to the register) about the problem,she told me "if you can find a way to fix it,then I'll fix it",then after that comment, I seen the manager by the name of jack,who told me there was rain last night (there wasnt any by the way)and the readers tend to get froze up and that he will have the mainenance man spray de-icer on all of them right now.NOW I thought to myself?,if they knew this was an existing problem,why couldnt they get off their lazy asses and fixed it first thing in the morning??,not only that,on one of the other stores of theirs I used to go to (the other one I quit going to for the SAME reason other than a leaking fuel line that I had brought to their attention 3 times(yeah,3 times!!) and nothing was done about it)the same problems exist,this is not a very well managed place to say the very least, or friendly one because of the attitudes and disrespect towards customers,I am now taking my business some place else and actually cheaper too I might add. goodbye gas city and hope you(gas city) and that ignorant stupid bitch behind the counter that day burn in hell.
