I applied for a payday loan which I have not received. Instead Starter Credit Direct debited by account for $99.00 and ID Theft debited my account for $31.85. I called the ID theft because they had a phone number (888-207-3984) and received a refund code to submit for a refund. However, there is no phone number or web site to obtain a phone number for Credit Direct to request the $99.00 be returned to my account.
