Correctional Billing Services they won't put my local calls through Dallas Texas

i was told by correctional billing since i'm long distance i could get a local # on a cell phone to get better rates because my phone bill is high. i bought an at&t phone got a local # called them and set up an account. my son start calling and no calls came through. then i got a local # from a telephone co. sign it up and they wouldn't let it through. my niece set me up aa account in texas and set me up an account in her name it still want go through. the only # goes through is my house where the rates are very high.

they even put 80.00 worth of calls on my bill from another jail i don't know anything about and giving me the run around about taking them off. they lock me out of their web site. they tells me they're sending me e-mails i never get them. something needs to be done with this company ripping people off. i have to stay on the phone 15 minutes to an hour to talk to somebody.
