I have been using GTL*GLOBALTELLINK off and on for over a year now. My loved ones are in LA County jail and I am in Atlanta Ga. One 15 min. phone call cast me $50 that was killing me. So I went to Ca and established a cell phone that was nation wide so I could have a local LA number so it would be cheaper an then I would be able to talk to my boys.

I have had the phone that I pay $50 a month for not including theGloble call charges. Then I put $50 on my phone. I am getting 3 phone calls from that 50. I checked my balance last night expecting a call and there was $7.00 on it then when he called it stated I didn’t have enough to connect the call. It has don’t that several times. One minute there’s money on the account and the next time I check its gone without even having a call come through. ITS NOT RIGHT!!!!! There should be some accounting on our money verses our minutes used. And there is no one we can bring this to.

As it is I sit here on hold 22 min so for. Because I asked for some kind of accounting report. Its my account. I buy minutes why cant I see where my money is going. He said we don’t do that so I explained my very strong point an told him I was filing reports on them and now I’m on hold. Imagine that wonder how long I will be on hold for . I really hope there’s some way some one can change this situation. As it is the families are the ones that are continuously have to pay ITS NOT FAIR we didn’t do anything wrong and we are paying enough by them being in jail at least they could make it affordable so we can stay in touch with our loved ones. I would be happy to take part in a law suit and be apart in helping the families of loved ones incarcerated

The conclusion to my phone call…. They are making a one time special accounting report and mailing it to me. Now I’m hoping I didn’t just mess up and not get my calls because I’m not actually min Ca. time will tell
