I purchased a one year subscription to 24/7 downloads--their software was hard to use and could not get it to work. I called the phone number listed but only got a recording saying there was no one there to take the call instead go to: www.24/7downloads247cs.net and fill out a form. Once there I filled out the charge back credit card form--I have done that many times and to this day still have got no response and my credit card has not been charged back.

I will now have to go through the trouble of canceling my current card. Please be aware of this company as THEY ARE A RIPOFF.

no one thought about looking at their approval stamp which names a different compny.
