48 Hour Loan Center They Ripped me off for $787.50 Portland Maine

On Jan 18, 2008 I was told I was approved for a $5000 Loan by Vince Dimarco. The stipulation of the loan was that I had to pay the first five months of the loan in advance which was required by the broker being I had very poor credit. Mr, Dimarco said I would have to said it by Money gram person to person to Michael Pronger in Canada that's where the broker they got me is.

Once I did that to call back Mr. Dimarco with the reference number. Mr. Dimarco then said I would have my money wire transfered to my checking account in 24 hours. The next day I called my bank up and to my dismay no wire transfer so I immediately called up Vince Dimarco but instead of him answering his phone Andrew answered phone and told me that Mr. Dimarco misrepresented them and the loan requirements. They said the loan agreement was 10 payments in advance not 5. They said I needed to send in another $787.50 in order to get my $5000.00 loan.

Once I do that I would have my loan wire transferd in three hours. I told them I don't have anymore money so they said they would refund me my money in the form of a check which I would receive in 5 to 10 days. It's been over two weeks still nothing. I try and contact them and all i get is voice mail and no return phone call's. They're nothing but frauds liars and scammer's. I've already contacted a lawyer to sue them for fraud.
