Ab Energizer ripoff consumer fraud no merchandise recieved or refund

I ordered a Ad Energizer in December of 2001. When I had not received the merchandise in Feb, I called them and they stated it had been shipped 2 weeks prior, and to call back if I hadn't received it in 2 more weeks. When I called back to recieve my credit, they gave me the run around for months. And to date, 11/08/02, I still have not recieved my credit.

They are low life scam artists!
