Adaptive Marketing Aka Shopping Essential, Your Savings Club.com, Privacy Matters 123 CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!! Omaha Nebraska

I noticed that my credit card balance hasn't gotten any smaller and keeps going over. I haven't used my card since May 2007 and it is Dec 2007.

I get my payment taken directly out of my bank account so I never thought to even look at the charges. And since the balance didn't go down it didn't even occur to me that some one might be charging something on it with out my knowledge. Boy have I learned to not be so nieve and check my statements. And when your balance does not go down something is wrong.

I looked at my bill on line and I have all these charges for shopping essential and your savings club from May of 2007 to November 2007. I caught it before they could charge me for December. I have no idea who these people are or what they do. When I called them they said that I had to have gone on line and put these information in. WRONG!!! They also said that I applied for a free gift certificate for Circuit City. I have never even been to Circuit City and would not go there.

They said they would take off the last charge or two. But that is not okay with me they have charged about 240 dollars worth on my card. I decided to do a little research on these companies and found that they all go to the same Adaptive Marketing in Omaha Nebraska. Funny thing is that I live here and I know exactly where they are.

I tried calling them with a number that I got off another rip off report. Sure enough it does go to them. I am going to try to call them on Monday and if they do not want to give me my money back I am going down to their office and demand it back otherwise I am going to file a police report and call an attorney.

I since have called my credit card company to dispute the charges and change the number on my card. They are sending me a new one. I suggest to all that if these people are charging you that you call your credit card company or your bank and have your information changed!! New number and new card.

Something needs to be done about these people or they are going to keep on ripping people off. If anyone is interested in there phone number or address here it is.
