Advantage America Benefits and National Choice Benefits are the same ripoff artist group. I too became one of their victims when I was contacted by them three weeks ago in early December 2005. The caller claimed he was from the government grants office and that I have been identified as a recepient of a grant, in his words: "which you don't have to pay back, for the amount of $20K. Within two days the Bank of America will deposit a check for the amount of $8k and within 6 months you will receive another check in the amount of $12,500. However, the bank of America requires that you provide us with your checking account number. And for our services we will require that you pay us $59.95 which will be deducted from you checking account after the first check is deposited in your account.

I asked him how do I know this is legit. He said, "Sir, for your protection this conversation is being recorded and if you would like you can talk to one of my managers." Sure enough, a manager got on the phone and claimed that no money will be deducted out of my account until and after the check of $8k is first deposited.

Then after giving my account info. I was put on hold and was told to answer about 5 to 6 questions. When I tried to say no to the questions I was told that unless I say yes I would be fortfeiting my grant that was awarded to me. So I said yes.

So far within two weeks they have made three withdrawls out of my checking account for the amount of $59.95, 29.95 and yesterday 3-3-06 they withdrew $314.95 (this is money I was suppose to pay my state taxes with before April 15th) now my account is under -$106.00.

Please if anyone can assist me do not hesitate to contact me. If only to stop these people from their scamming. Lord knows how many people they have victimized that have never come forward. These people are probably making millions. I hope the FBI intervenes against this group.
