I recieved this letter with a check for $3850.00 and told to call Mr Micheal Wright at 1-204-952-4978 upon receipt of this.
I called Mr. Wright, he answered and told me to deposit the check for in fact this was a very valid winnings. I was to wait for the check to clear then contact him again.
The bank has not heard anything so I called Mr. Wright back and then he tries to tell me the company that wrote the processing fee check has been frozen so I need to Fax a copy of a $25.00 cashier check to the UPS office at Fax # 1-877-570-2827 and to call him when this is done so that a new check can be overnighted to me for immediate cashing with a valid authorization.
I called him and now he has not returned my calls or sent me the new check.

Sorry, but you the victim of a scam. Forms of this scam have been around for quite awhile. I must get 5 or 6 a day in my email. The check is not valid.
